A lot of people have been asking me this question in the past few months. I’ve noticed that a lot of runners are also gym goers, so it’s understandable why they would ask me this question about their running shoes.

It’s true that there are certain treads on the bottom of your shoe for different purposes, but don’t worry! You can still wear them to work out at the gym without any problems whatsoever.

There is a lot of confusion about this! Personally, I think any well-made sneaker will work as long as it has cushioning and arch support. It’s important to have the right fit for your feet because that’s where all your weight is placed when working out or exercising.
